This week, we learned online surveillance. As i remember in week 5 we learned digital footprint. I think it two concept are related.
Digital footprint mean the mark of everything you do on the Internet. Such as Visit the website, share information on social media, communicate with other and leave some comments.It is like a shadow to record all the action on Internet of anybody.
Online surveillance mean monitoring of the online behavior, activities
This monitoring is often carried out be completed by governments, corporations and criminal organizations.
Therefore, do not assume that nobody knows what you do online. Cyberbullying, vicious assault and deceive are under monitoring.
